Pam Clarke

Pam has extensive commercial experience and a strong background in governance. As a Partner in our Business Advisory division, she loves to help clients turn their ideas into flourishing, profitable businesses.

She specialises in supporting enterprises with management accounting, budgets and cashflows, asset protection, business appraisals and taxation, and general accounting compliance.

Pam is experienced in setting up trading structures to achieve effective tax planning, while also providing asset protection. In addition, she can assist with due diligence, business appraisals, and governance.

Her industry experience ranges from the health sector; which includes dentists, doctors, specialists and pharmacists; to the construction sector including builders, project managers, electricians, architects and engineers.

Outside of work, Pam is a keen skier and spends her winters on the slopes of Mt Hutt. She loves clothes and all things fashion.
