Leading the Business Advisory Team in Hawke’s Bay, Ashleigh orchestrates the delivery of exceptional service and meticulous care to our valued commercial clients. Her unwavering commitment is to challenge both her clients and her team to achieve successful commercial outcomes. With a diverse clientele that spans New Zealand and international borders, Ashleigh caters to high net worth individuals, enterprises of all sizes, and corporate entities.

As well as leading the commercial advisory team, Ashleigh is a taxation specialist advising on a wide range of complex taxation issues.  She works with clients to ensure they meet their obligations, and also identifies opportunities for tax efficiencies and risk minimisation. Ashleigh advises on the taxation consequences of land development and transactions, business restructures, and moving to or from New Zealand. She also undertakes high level reviews for larger corporates or other professional advisors as well as dealing with Inland Revenue through audits, reviews, and disclosures.

Ashleigh also works in our growing Governance practice, with experience as an independent director of a number of Hawke’s Bay companies including Progressive Meats Limited, and Foodeast (GP) Limited and is also a trustee of the Graeme Dingle Foundation Trust Hawkes Bay.
