 Your next role

We are currently looking for a Bookkeeper to join our growing team in Auckland. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a range of our clients assisting with their day to day accounting requirements.

Varied duties and responsibilities include:

  • Bank reconciliations
  • Entering creditor invoices
  • Reconciling creditor statements
  • Arranging batch payments
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • GST returns
  • Payroll
  • Credit control
  • Basic journal entries

About you

The successful candidate for this role will possess the following attributes:

  • Worked in a similar role for a business or firm with experience in the tasks detailed above
  • High level of computer skills essential including competency with Xero and MYOB
  • A great can-do attitude with a desire to learn and deliver exceptional service to clients
  • Happy to adapt and learn new skills as and when needed
  • Confident and friendly with clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Previous work experience in New Zealand
