Across Nexia Australia and Nexia New Zealand, we once again ran our annual Nexia Excellence Awards, recognising both our firms and individuals who have demonstrated excellence throughout the year across several areas.

This award recognises individuals who have shown excellence in leadership.
Kalista Pakkiyaretnam (Canberra) Kalista has developed and implemented a team culture that encourages performance and emphasises the importance of achieving success in the right way, not just hitting KPIs.
This award recognises individuals who have shown excellence in innovation and business development to highlight the outstanding drive to contribute to the growth of the firm and/or network.
Ronan Gray (Auckland) Ronan has consistently demonstrated outstanding initiative since starting as a graduate, always exceeding expectations and going above and beyond. Ronan is a testament to how you can be young and still have ideas that make a difference.
This award recognises individuals who have provided outstanding service to their community.
Angela Carter (Auckland) Angela has consistently demonstrated outstanding service by helping her community, in particular focusing on assisting the underprivileged community in Mongolia.
