Mark’s focus is on larger clients and new entities. He specialises in business acquisitions and sales, including due diligence, helping a range of clients through this complex process. He also advises on restructuring, succession planning, and shareholder entry and exit.  Mark has a strong interest in business valuation and provides independent valuation advice to both internal and external clients.
